Another busy, busy, busy day !

Yes, I'm a busy busy bee. Buzzin' around here and there and all around the square! I had an interview EARLY this morning- like 11 AM with some director guy at the Starbucks on Robinson St. I think hes a VCU student. Anyhow, its for this short film they are doing about some guy who is really down on his luck, lost his girlfriend or something, and feels like time is passing him by. Boy, am I cut out for that part! I'm not sure- but he said there is an implied um, sex scene. So again, this is somethin' I'll have to pray about. I have to ask the question: Would Jesus feel alright with this? As long as there's no nudity. Of course, me without any clothes on in a film would be enough to shut the place down for good! I am a very very very very modest person. For years I didnt even take a shower without my bathing suit! Anyhow, after the interview, I got on my bike and mailed an ebay order , then I went all around downtown Richmond putting up posters for my November 8th show. I got some up at Common Groundz, Lift, and all the other "Hipster" hangouts (they drive me nuts, but hopefully they may come to see me play!). Then I stopped at the big VCU bookstore- no place there, so I headed down Grace St. Not much room there, so I left some in the lower fan- some at Crossroads on Morris St, one at The Common Cup, and laundromats such as the Lost Sock. Then over the Carytown I went and left some there. When they say "We'll put it up for you"- thats a code word, for "we will put it up for you, but we will put it in the garbage can!" I got a few of those, but mainly I did right well. After that, I went over the work to pick up my check. I hate going to work when Im not working. I'm afraid they'll as me to.... work! I saw some McCain/Palin signs on the way- my heart felt to over flowin'. But for every McCain sign, there were two ones for Obama. I just get so sick when I see it, I almost want to spit nails.

When I got home, I took Mosby for a walk. I played some records on my hi fi stereo in the dining room, then had some pizza. I found out that Starbucks only has sweet tea during the summer months- so they can forget my patronage. But it was interesting to see how this will turn out. I can divulge too much of what they are doing, I'm sure its top secret. I have acted, but not really as the main character before- this would be a virgin experience for me. However, I am up for a challenge. I would prefer not to do it though if it has any smut whatsoever- even if its implied. I do have my reputation to uphold, and I'm not a piece of meat.
